- All certifications must be performed by a lawyer, accountant, or notary.
- Each document must:

- Be certified as a “true copy of the original”
- Be dated and signed in original (no electronic signatures)
- Include certifier’s full name, profession, contact info, and address
- For passports: certifier must also confirm the photo is a true likeness.
- For multi-page documents: either certify each page or certify the first page and mention the total number of pages.
- If the document is not in English, include both:
- Certified true copy of the original
- Certified translation
