How to Apply for a Nevis Gaming License

Application Requirements

Before initiating the license application process, please ensure:

• Your company is officially incorporated in Nevis.
• You have a valid Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Nevis Corporate Registry.
• You are ready to complete the payment and proceed with the online application form.

Step-by-Step Application Process

Step 1 – Company Incorporation
Only companies incorporated in Nevis are eligible to apply. If your company is not yet registered in Nevis, please complete this step through an authorized corporate service provider.

Step 2 – Submit Initial Request
Send an email to  [email protected] with the subject line: “License Application Request – [Your Company Name]”
Attach your Certificate of Incorporation and briefly indicate your interest in applying for a gaming license and the type of license (B2B or B2C)

Step 3 – Payment Link Issued
Upon receipt and verification of your Certificate of Incorporation, we will issue you a secure payment link for the application processing fee.

Step 4 – Access to Online Portal
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a unique access link to our secure Online Licensing Portal, where you will complete and submit the full license application and required documents.
