Complaints — Please Read Before Submitting
Please be advised that any complaints submitted to the Nevis Online Gaming Authority (“NOGA”) directly through this website will not be reviewed. All complaints in relation to a NOGA-licensed operator are handled in the first instance by the operator, and where unresolved, by an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) provider.
- Locate the operator’s Terms and Conditions on their website.
- Review the complaints procedure outlined in their Terms and Conditions.
- Identify the ADR provider specified by the operator.
- Submit your complaint directly to the operator or their designated ADR provider in accordance with their stated procedure.
NOGA is unable to intervene in individual player disputes. For unresolved complaints, please refer to the ADR provider specified in the operator’s Terms and Conditions for further assistance.
