The Nevis Online Gaming Authority (NOGA) is pleased to welcome the official designation of Mr. Phil Jones as Regulator, Online Gaming at the Nevis Branch of the Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC).
Phil has played an important role in the establishment and oversight of the Nevis online gaming sector, working closely with NOGA while simultaneously carrying responsibility for the regulation of the international banking sector.
With close to 20 years of experience in financial services regulation and supervision, including more than a decade in regulatory leadership roles, Phil brings extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT/CPF frameworks, enterprise risk, and the supervision and evaluation of regulated entities and their operations.
With responsibility for international banking now formally transferred, Phil’s designation as Regulator, Online Gaming represents an important milestone, enabling him to dedicate his primary regulatory focus to the continued supervision, development, and integrity of the online gaming sector.
For NOGA, this transition provides valuable continuity and further strengthens the regulatory structure supporting the implementation and continued evolution of the Nevis Online Gaming framework.
We congratulate Phil on his official designation and look forward to continuing our close cooperation in supporting a transparent, well-regulated, and sustainable online gaming sector in Nevis.
