We are pleased to announce that the Nevis Online Gaming Ordinance, 2025 and its supporting Regulations have been officially signed and published. This marks the formal establishment of Nevis as a regulated jurisdiction for online gaming operations, offering a clear legal framework and licensing structure for B2C and B2B providers.
The new regime is now in effect and applications for licenses can be submitted starting July 1st, 2025.
