How to Verify Whether a Company Holds a Valid Nevis Online Gaming Licence

The Nevis Online Gaming Authority (NOGA) encourages members of the public, players, and industry participants to verify the licensing status of any online gaming operator before engaging with their services.

Confirming whether a company holds a valid licence is straightforward. Simply visit the NOGA website and navigate to the Licence Register, which is publicly accessible and updated on an ongoing basis.

The Licence Register contains a full list of all companies currently holding a valid online gaming licence issued by NOGA. For each licensed operator, the register displays the company name, its unique licence number, the licence expiry date, and the approved URLs associated with that licence. Only the URLs listed in the register are authorised to operate under the relevant licence.

If a company or website does not appear in the Licence Register, it does not hold a valid NOGA licence and is not authorised to operate as a licensed online gaming operator under the laws of Nevis.

Members of the public who have concerns about an unlicensed operator, or who wish to report a company falsely claiming to hold a NOGA licence, are encouraged to contact the Authority directly.
